1. Material preparation: The mold materials required for different products are also different. Choose the appropriate mold materials according to the product characteristics, such as mold handle, upper cover and upper male clamp, stripper, lower template, backing plate and bottom plate.
2. Rough machining: After selecting the material, use a milling machine to perform preliminary machining on the plane and side. Usually need to use male splint, stripper plate, lower template and backing plate, bottom plate, upper cover plate and top material plate.
3. Fine processing: It is necessary to use a grinder to process the plane and four corners to make a right angle. Grind the male splint, stripper plate, lower template and backing plate to a right angle, and then grind the bottom plate and upper cover plate to the flat surface.
4. Scribing: Place the die plate that has been ground and scribed at right angles after the fine processing treatment on the scribing table. According to the mold making drawings, use the scribing height ruler to score, and finally perform the lined mold plate Rush, drill, tap.
5. Heat treatment: After high temperature quenching, tempering, quenching and tempering, and annealing of the plates that need heat treatment of the lower template and the module to increase the hardness, the plate is ground plane and right angle, and then wire cutting is performed.
6. Assemble and test the mold: select the mold base or supporting guide post and guide sleeve to complete the mold assembly, and install the assembled mold on the punching machine for debugging and punching, and finally measure the punched out to confirm whether it meets the product requirements , Complete the entire stamping process.
